Learn. Play. Grow. Excel.
We'll create the opportunity, you bring your passion. OneHeritage will be planning evening and weekend camps, clinics, leagues, shoot-arounds, and (potentially) travel tournament events through the summer, fall, and winter seasons to supplement current spring club programs for lacrosse players in Central Illinois. Our goal is to give local players and families opportunities to play... and do it at a reasonable cost.
Managed by former high school and collegiate players and coaches, OneHeritage events will be focused on skill development in the context competition for boys of all skills levels, 3rd grade through HS.
Meet the Founders
Brendan's lacrosse journey began in 2nd grade playing box lacrosse on the lands of the Onondaga people in Western New York. A Syracuse, NY native, Brendan played his high school lacrosse at Jamesville DeWitt High School before going on to a successful career as a midfielder at the University of Albany. A brief list of his accomplishments as a player:
Two Time All America East conference midfielder 2003, 2005.
America East All Rookie Team 2002.
America East All tournament team 2005.
Three time America East Champion 03, 04, 05.
Three time NCAA Div I tournament participant 03, 04, 05.
MVP of second grade Jamesville DeWitt summer league.
Having transitioned into coaching, Brendan has been involved with the B/N Warrior program for the past two seasons as a high school coach, mentor, and 'rules interpreter' for the JV and Varsity programs. He is excited about taking this next step with OneHeritage and is committed to doing his part to help grow The Creator's Game.
Mike's 30 year lacrosse career includes experiences as a player and coach for youth, high school and college programs in different venues across the United States. A Virginia native, he cut his teeth in the South Suburban lacrosse leagues in Denver, Colorado in his younger years and played for four different college club programs (but he only attended one of them, long story) during his college career.
He has been involved with the B/N Warriors program as a coach for the past six years and has also coached in New York and Colorado. Mike remains focused on teaching and sharing his love for the game with the next generation of atheletes.
